Do you have questions about how TrendMingle works, want to understand if it suits your needs, or have you encountered a problem? You can contact us by email at info@trendmingle.com. We don't have a call centre or a chatbot: there is a real person who reads the emails and replies. We usually do so within 48 business hours.
How we can help you
We handle different types of requests, and we try to respond to each one in the most useful way possible: — Technical support: if something is not working as it should on the platform, let us know. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible and, if you can, attach a screenshot. — Questions about how it works: if you haven't found an answer in the FAQ, write to us and we will reply. — Collaboration or partnership proposals: if you are interested in proposing a commercial or institutional collaboration, you can write to the address above. We evaluate every proposal carefully. — Reports: if you have seen a profile that seems incorrect or behaviour that does not comply with our rules, please report it to us. We take these reports seriously.
Feedback and suggestions
TrendMingle is a platform in continuous evolution. If you have an idea on how to improve it — a missing feature, something that doesn't convince you, a flow that could be simpler — we genuinely want to hear about it. We don't promise to implement everything, but we do promise to read everything and take it into account in future development.
